orinocotrader Returns policy for Footwear
Orinoco Trader want you to be entirely satisfied every time you shop with us so we keep our returns policy as straight forward as possible.
FOOTWEAR:-
You can return or exchange any FOOTWEAR product purchased from Orinoco Trader within 14 days from receiving them.
If you received the shoes and found you needed a bigger size or if you want a different colour you can return the shoes to us for an exchange or a full refund. All that we ask is that they are in a saleable condition, i.e.
- The shoes have not been worn or damaged
The shoe box and packaging are returned
When you return any shoes please ensure you enclose your name, address & contact details, otherwise we won't know who sent them and will therefore be unable to make any refund or exchange.
Guidance:-
- Please ensure that you wrap the package securely without attaching sticky tape to the shoe box itself.

Until returned shoes reach us they are not our responsibility, in other words for your own protection we recommend that you send your package to us via a secure delivery service with adequate postal insurance as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.

Except where the goods being returned are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. If the goods are found to be faulty by our returns department we will arrange a refund of Royal mail postage cost of returning the shoes to Orinoco Trader.
